1. Who we are

This website is operated by Pacific Legacy Trust ("we", "us"), trading as Australia eVisa Online (ABN ). Contact: support@australiaetaonline.com.au.

2. Not a government service

Australia eVisa Online is an independent private service, not affiliated with the Australian Government or Department of Home Affairs. You can apply directly at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.

3. Our service

For the eVisitor (subclass 651), we check your passport against the official eligibility list, collect your information, check it for completeness and consistency against your passport, prepare the online application and lodge it with the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf through ImmiAccount. We do not assist with any other visa type. We are not registered migration agents and do not provide immigration advice. 4. No guarantee

All visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs. We do not guarantee that a visa will be granted, how long processing will take, or that you will be allowed to enter Australia.

5. Fees and payment

Our assistance fee is US$49 per applicant, shown before payment. [Payment processor, currency, taxes/GST, chargebacks.]

6. Your responsibilities

You must give true, complete and accurate information that matches your passport, and answer all declarations honestly. Visas granted on incorrect information may be cancelled. You must tell us promptly about any change before lodgement.

7. Timing

We aim to prepare and lodge complete applications within 1 business day [confirm]. Government processing times are outside our control.

8. Refunds

9. Liability
