  • Identity and passport details: name, date and place of birth, sex, citizenship, passport and national ID numbers, issue and expiry dates, other passports and names.
  • Contact details: email, phone and address.
  • Travel details, supporting documents and your answers to declarations, which may include sensitive information such as health and criminal history.
  • Payment information, processed by our payment provider [NAME]. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser type [list analytics tools, if any].

3. How we use it

To check eligibility, prepare and lodge your visa application, communicate with you, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We only collect sensitive information with your consent and where it's needed for your application.

4. Who we share it with

We disclose your application information to the Department of Home Affairs when we lodge it. We also use service providers (hosting [Hostinger], email, payments [NAME]) under contract. 5. Security and retention
