Please answer this question.
Declarations

Health & character declarations

Answer truthfully. Home Affairs may cancel a visa granted on incorrect information. Your answers help us confirm the eVisitor is right for you.

Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offence in any country (including spent convictions)?

Please answer this question.
Home Affairs advises applicants with a criminal conviction in any country to apply for a different visa rather than the eVisitor. Please check your options on the official Home Affairs Visa Finder, or contact us before continuing.

Will you enter a hospital or health-care environment (work, study or training), or have you previously failed to meet the Australian health requirement?

Please answer this question.
Home Affairs directs applicants entering health-care environments, or who previously failed the health requirement, to a different visa with relevant health checks, rather than the eVisitor. Please check the official Home Affairs Visa Finder, or contact us before continuing.

Have you ever had a visa refused or cancelled, or been refused entry, for any country?

Please answer this question.

Do you owe money to the Australian Government?

Please answer this question.

Do you intend to work in Australia?
